Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments - Verify accuracy of received products and ensure they are properly stored - Stock shelves and replenish inventory as needed - Assist customers in locating products and provide excellent customer service - Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately - Operate pallet jacks to move heavy items or pallets - Use RF scanner to track inventory levels and update system accordingly - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store Skills:
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or retail environment preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Knowledge of stock management and inventory control procedures - Proficient in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions accurately - Ability to operate a pallet jack safely and efficiently - Capable of lifting heavy objects or boxes, up to insert weight limit - Familiarity with using RF scanners for inventory tracking purposes - Basic sales skills to promote products or upsell items to customers - Attention to detail to ensure accurate stocking and inventory management - Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment Note:
