Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Warranty Clerk.
As a Warranty Clerk, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records and files - Prepare and process documents, such as invoices, reports, and correspondence, Warranty claims - Assist with data entry and data management tasks - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars - Perform general office duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow Skills:
-Manufacturer warranty entry experience a must - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Proficient computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic math skills for data entry and calculations If you are a motivated individual with strong administrative skills, we encourage you to apply for the position of Clerk.
